Casa Ocean Hotel - Miami Beach

We have booked double room with CLEAN facilities. The staff was very helpful and best from arrival until we left. Everything was brand-new as expected, but the bathroom was cold. Btw, the airport was 20 km away.

overall it was new-fashioned and immaculately clean for coffee in the lobby. a minibar, central heating, and an iron were available here.

The hotel is clean, provides with new-fashioned and reasonably large rooms. Every time we stay in Miami Beach, like to stay here;))

The unique room design impressed me, while the AC issues were bothersome.

the hotel was fairly clean with great and good location right on the area and new-fashioned rooms. we really enjoyed rooms for coffee in the lobby. location: the property was next to the best neighborhoods of south beach as well as shopping in south beach.

great location but room could use improvements

The staff members were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in. I appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The room offered a lovely city view that added a nice touch to my stay.

Noise from the stairs crept into the room. The Samsung TV setup was frustrating. Netflix wasn't accessible in English. Unreasonably charging for coffee in the lobby felt out of place given the already hefty room rate. On top of that, a strange smell lingered in the room, resembling a mix of pesticide and mothballs. I had to leave windows open for fresh air, but that might not work for everyone.

The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach. The Beautiful King Room had cool decor and felt cozy. There was a coffee machine, free toiletries, and a tv. Self-check-in was super easy. Had beach towels ready, and the noise level was surprisingly low at night.

The decor was bright and cheerful! The self-check-in was easy, perfect for someone who appreciates a touch of independence. I adored the cozy feel of my Queen Room, good.

More towel racks in the bathroom would help.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a mini fridge to keep your water cold and decent TV for entertainment.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The room was spacious but lacked attention. We dealt with noisy neighbors and insects. The front desk was helpful at times, yet the service felt inconsistent. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant's breakfast, a great start for our day. Request additional towels promptly for better service.

Location is everything! Just a 2 min walk to the beach. The room design was a mix of modern and cozy that really hit the mark.
